MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

hey, I'm Andrea!

I began my career on the "safe path" - first in accounting and then in psychology. That first pivot was a full body yes, taking me into human behaviour and decades working at the intersection of people and performance. But over time I lost touch with my own compass, found myself intellectualising everything, hustling hard, and living by rules that weren't mine.

Now, I love working with leaders to help them reclaim their energy, trust themselves, and create work that loves them back. Because I know what it's like to live in a cage you created. And I know the freedom of stepping out of it.

The path to here has included:

Gaining my Masters of Organisational Psychology.

Over a decade as a Consultant Psychologist.

Function leadership for an international brand.

Time in boutique and start up businesses.

Burnout, an impromptu 300km bike ride for charity, escapes to international destinations, family sea change to the sunshine coast and the adventure of building my own business.

  • 6 fortnightly one hour private coaching sessions to guide your recalibration. Away from what's not working, what's not yours, and toward what's necessary for your future.

  • Personalised reflections, tools, and decision frameworks curated for you. Less noise. More focus.
